Anti Spam Policy

(Lasted updated December 8, 2008)

Your Relationship Tookit (YRT) is committed to permission-based email marketing practices and does not tolerate any spam practices. We have established an Anti-Spam Policy to assure our customers are not subjected to Spam from any of our practices.

1. What is Spam?

Spam is commercial email or unsolicited bulk email, including “junk mail”, which has not been requested by the recipient. It is intrusive and often irrelevant or offensive, and it wastes valuable resources for both recipients and ISPs. Inappropriate newsgroup activities, consisting of excessive posting of the same materials to several newsgroups, are also deemed to be spam.

Emails which are normally anticipated, personal, relevant and/or associated with a pre-existing business or personal relationship are considered permission-based and are not Spam messages.

2. YRT and Spam

YRT only emails customers who have given us permission to send emails relating to their purchases, registration, inquiries &/or customer service. We will not intentionally email individuals or businesses that have not provided us with permission. We take all possible measure to ensure that our emails are sent to our customers who wish to receive them.

If you currently receive emails from Your Relationship Toolkit and you wish to stop them you can use the “unsubscribe link” listed in every email we send out. Alternatively you can write to “Your Relationship Toolkit, PO Box 726, Petersham NSW Australia, 2049” and ask to be removed from our email lists.

3. Reporting Spam

If you believe that you have received spam from or through YRT’s facilities, please send a complaint from your email account along with the unsolicited email, with completed header, to reportspam@yourrelationshiptoolkit.com Please provide any other information that you believe may help us in our investigation. YRT does not investigate or take any action based on “anonymous” spam complaints.

4. False Spam Complaints

Your Relationship Toolkit supports the efforts of various organisations working to responsibly eliminate spam activities. However, if an individual has opted-in to receive email from us, and then falsely or maliciously files a spam complaint against YRT, YRT will cooperate fully with the appropriate agencies to ban the complainant from use of anti-spam software and the Internet community.
